Mom's Banana Bread

More holiday goods -- and a nice, warm treat in between classes for me :)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cups oil (I split this with yogurt)
3 tablespoons buttermilk (I use yogurt)
2 mashed bananas (one will not do!!!)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until the batter is consistent; it will be more liquidly than most quick bread batters but bakes beautifully. Butter and flour a loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about an hour.
