Cream:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Add:
2 beaten eggs
1 tespoon vanilla
...and beat well!
Sift and Add:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Stir In:
3 cups of oatmeal
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup walnuts
Note: I would add 1/2 cup of cranberries or raisins except that the eaters of my cookies will say that I have put too much "stuff" inside of them... alas!
Bake ungreased at 350 degrees for ten minutes. This recipe makes 60 small cookies.

Hello! I just wanted to say that your pictures are beautiful, and the recipes look delicious. My mother doesn't usually cook fish because my father hates it as a food group, so she was delighted to find your recipes because she's having her parents over and was looking for one :). Also, as my sisters and I tend to follow the same 2 or 3 recipes for cookies almost every time we bake, I'll have to suggest we try this one next time! They look delicious and I think the idea of cranberries sounds amazing!
Good luck going back to school- I'll have to email you soon!
