Orange-Blueberry Poppyseed Bread

I'll confess to having nearly doubled the blueberries in this batch of bread :) The result is a subtler citrus flavor, but the blueberries are just too good to hold back on!

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 beaten egg
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 tablespoon orange juice
3/4 cup blueberries (that's the proper amount!)

Combine the dry and wet ingredients separately, then add the wet to the dry. Stir until moist; the batter will by lumpy! Fold in blueberries and bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
